Thank you for purchasing a watch from this site. We hope that every watch can be a long-term companion on your wrist, but if you need to handle a return or exchange for some reason, please refer to the following policy instructions. This policy applies to most watch products purchased through this site. Special products (such as customized models, out-of-print products, etc.) will be separately marked on the product details page.

  1. Basic conditions for returns and exchanges

Time requirements: Please submit a return or exchange application within the specified time window (usually within seven days) from the date of receipt of the watch. Overdue returns may not be accepted.

Product status: The watch applied for return or exchange should be kept in good condition, including:

The watch has not been worn (except when trying it on to confirm the size, but no obvious traces should be left);

There are no scratches, abrasions, or any form of damage on the strap, buckle, watch crystal, etc.;

All original accessories, tags, labels, warranty cards, instructions and original watch boxes are complete and have not been removed or damaged;

It has not been modified in any form, removed the bottom cover, or adjusted the length of the strap (if the watch section has been removed, please return it together).

Returns and exchanges for non-quality issues: If you apply for a return due to personal preferences (such as dial color, case size, style not matching expectations) and other reasons, the user must bear the return shipping and insurance costs. Specific freight rules are subject to customer service guidelines.

Return and exchange for quality issues: If the watch has non-human manufacturing defects (such as disc defects, stopped movement, abnormal calendar jump, etc.), please contact us in a timely manner through the public channels of this site and provide clear product photos or videos. After verification and confirmation, we will arrange a free return and exchange and bear the corresponding shipping costs.

  1. No returns or exchanges will be made under the following circumstances:

The watch strap has been cut off, disassembled or adjusted (unless it is operated by official after-sales service or a service provider designated by this site);

The bottom cover of the watch has been opened by unauthorized personnel, and there are signs of disassembly of the screws or sealing rings on the bottom cover;

The watch case, mirror, bezel, and crown have human-made scratches, bumps, or falls;

The watch is damaged by water due to contact with water vapor (non-waterproof model) or exceeding the nominal waterproof depth;

The warranty card, hangtag, original watch box or instructions are missing, altered or damaged;

Return or exchange requests made after the time window stipulated in the policy;

Products that are clearly marked as “special offer”, “display product” and “no reason to return” at the time of purchase.

  1. Return and exchange process

Please submit a return or exchange application through the customer service channel disclosed on this site, and provide the order number, watch name and reason for return or exchange, and attach clear photos or videos for quick verification;

After customer service confirms that the return and exchange conditions are met, please package the watch properly together with all original accessories, warranty cards, packaging, etc., and send it back to the designated address (insured mailing is recommended, and the risk in transit is borne by the sender);

After we receive the returned watch and complete the inspection, we will process a refund or arrange an exchange for you within reasonable working days (usually 3 to 7 working days).

  1. Refund instructions

The refund will be returned according to the original payment route, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the relevant payment platform;

If a coupon or discount is used in the order, the corresponding discount will be deducted from the refund amount;

Shipping charges (if any) incurred on the original order are generally not refundable unless the product is returned due to quality issues.

  1. Special Instructions on the Authenticity of the Watch

This site promises that all watches sold are genuine. If the user has doubts about the authenticity of the watch, a written appraisal report issued by a third-party institution with appraisal qualifications is required. If it is verified that it is not genuine, we will handle it in accordance with the law and bear corresponding responsibilities.
