Thank you for purchasing a watch from this site. Each watch is a precision mechanical work of art, and we invest extra attention and protection during transportation. This shipping policy aims to clearly explain to you the issuance, delivery and related arrangements of your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Order processing time
During normal working days, orders usually enter the stocking, quality inspection and packaging process within a certain period of time (usually 1 to 3 working days) after successful payment. Each watch will undergo visual inspection, timekeeping and functional testing before leaving the warehouse.
During weekends or public holidays, order processing time may be delayed accordingly. In the event of large-scale promotions or special circumstances, the processing time may be appropriately extended, which will be clearly stated on the website.
After the order enters the processing process, we will not be able to modify the order information or cancel the order. Please carefully check the watch model, dial color, strap style and delivery address before placing an order.
- Packaging standards
The packaging of the watch adopts a double-layer shock-proof design: the inner layer uses a soft watch pillow to fix the watch, and the outer layer uses thickened bubble wrap and reinforced cartons. The original watch box, warranty card, instructions and accessories will be sent complete with the watch. We recommend that you keep all original packaging after signing for possible future returns, exchanges or repairs.
- Transportation methods and timeliness
We select a reputable carrier for delivery based on the order delivery address and the value of the watch, and purchase additional transportation insurance for high-value orders. Please check the specific optional transportation methods and corresponding estimated time on the checkout page.
The transportation time limit is calculated from the date the order leaves the warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, not from the date the order is placed. The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time is affected by factors such as carrier capacity, weather, road conditions, and terminal delivery.
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, public events, extensive delays by the carrier, etc.), the actual delivery time may exceed the normal range, please understand.
- Freight and insurance
The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the order, delivery address and selected shipping method. The specific amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
Some orders may meet the conditions for free shipping (for example, the order amount reaches a certain threshold). The specific rules are subject to the current announcement on the website. The cost of transportation insurance for high-value watches is included in the shipping fee or product price and is not charged separately to the user.
If the package is returned or needs to be re-delivered due to the user’s personal reasons (such as incorrect delivery address, rejection of goods, etc.), the additional shipping and insurance costs incurred will be borne by the user.
- Order tracking
After the order is shipped out of the warehouse, we will send a shipping notice to the contact channel you reserved, along with the waybill number and inquiry method.
You can also log in to your account on this site and check the latest logistics status on the order details page. If you find that the logistics information has not been updated for a long time, it is recommended that you contact the carrier directly or provide feedback through the public channels of this site.
- Signing and inspection
Watches are high-value and sophisticated commodities. Please be sure to check on the spot when signing for:
Whether the outer packaging is intact and whether there are traces of secondary packaging on the sealing tape;
If you find that the package is seriously damaged, unsealed, or obviously squeezed and deformed, it is recommended that you confirm the status of the package with the delivery person, take a photo and keep the certificate, and you can choose to reject it on the spot;
After signing for it, please unbox it promptly and check the appearance of the watch (glass, case, bezel, strap) for scratches or damage caused by transportation. If you have any questions, please contact us within a reasonable time after signing for it (usually 24 to 48 hours) and provide photos.
- Undeliverable or refused delivery
If the package is returned due to inaccurate delivery address, uncontactable recipient, or multiple deliveries without a signature, we will try to contact you to confirm new delivery arrangements. If the user refuses to accept the goods without justifiable reasons, the return shipping fee and price insurance fee will be borne by the user, and the refund amount will be deducted from this part of the fee.
